Simeon Halligan is a Royal College of Art graduate, with three features under his belt ( SPLINTERED, WHITE SETTLERS and HABIT), as well as several award-winning shorts. His films have screened and won awards at festivals including; Sitges, Screamfest LA, Fantasporto, Leeds, New York City and many more. Simeon is also the director of UK genre film festival, Grimmfest. He directed PAST LIFE, which will have its European premiere at the 44th edition of the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival.
