Listen, guys, we’re gonna do a little experiment. Have you seen “A Quiet Place”? Well, the BIFFF is going to become that very, very Quiet Place during 3 screenings: “Orfeo”, “Steal away” and “Singular”. If you crack a joke, shift a bit too noisily from one butt cheek to the other in your seat or burst into the complete repertoire of Céline Dion in Korean in the middle of a screening, a most ferocious and merciless beast will jump down your throat. So, silent screening at the BIFFF, a sacrilege? Not at all! It allows us to show you a different kind of fantastic cinema, one that thrives on silence to immerse you all the more skillfully in its particular world. Because, sometimes, shutting up opens up a gateway to a sensorial, temporal and emotional cinematic trip like no other!
