But Luc is literally in deep shit after the aforementioned dealers leave him for dead, his head expertly stuffed into a squat toilet. Freeing himself from that predicament is not exactly going to be a piece of cake… With festival selections all over the world and audience awards piling up like a pyramid of three-ply super-soft toilet paper, FLUSH brings a (cough) breath of fresh air to the world of genre cinema. Interesting anecdote: director Grégory Morin is a regular customer (at the bar) of the BIFFF, with a summa cum laude Ph. D. in the festival’s codes! As soon as the lights go out in the theater, you’ll feel like a left winger with the ball at your feet in front of an empty goal!
