Clement Virgo is one of Canada’s leading filmmakers. He recently directed and executive produced THE MADNESS, starring Colman Domingo, now trending on Netflix. His feature BROTHER won 12 Canadian Screen Awards and two NAACP Image Awards. He co-wrote and directed THE BOOK OF NEGROES and has directed episodes of EMPIRE, THE WIRE, GREENLEAF and MONSTER: THE JEFFREY DAHMER STORY. His feature STEAL AWAY had its world premiere at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival. Shot in Belgium, it will have its Belgian premiere at the BIFFF.
