George Blagden

George is best known to French-speaking audiences for playing Louis XIV in the tv series VERSAILLES. His other television roles have been in the historical drama VIKINGS, where he played the monk Athelstan and the episode Hang the DJ in the BLACK MIRROR series. His film releases include RUBIKON which premiered at Karlovy Vary 2022. George plays the lead CAM in the interactive film HELLO STRANGER screening at the BIFFF 2025. This is George’s second collaboration with Paul Raschid after THE GALLERY interactive film which premiered at Dinard 2022. His stage appearances have included musical theatre and playing London’s West End theatres. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
